Bou-Nader Lab

We are a team of structural biochemists interested in mechanistic aspects of gene regulation by R-loops, RNAs, and their ribonucleoprotein (RNP) complexes. We use cryoEM, X-ray crystallography, biochemistry, sequencing and biophysical approaches to understand how RNA organizes chromatin architecture and controls transcription and DNA damage repair pathways.
